Learning Objectives:

  1. Recognize the impact of high-quality medication histories on accreditation standards and organizational goals.

  2. Evaluate sample medication histories and practice identifying and correcting errors within the scope of a pharmacy technician and pharmacist.

  3. Identify common medication discrepancies, duplications, omissions, and potential interactions during history collection.
