      After attending the program, the pharmacist and pharmacy technician should be able to:
        1. Describe the mechanism of action for both FEIBA® and andexanet alfa
        2. Identify key exclusion criteria for the use of andexanet alfa
        3. Identify the benefits of AUC-based dosing over trough based dosing for vancomycin
